A double bedroom in Miramar flat is available from 23rd March. The rent is $250, including power, rubbish and internet.
BYO bed, but we have a built-in wardrobe and a pad for parking your car. Your room will easily fit a chest of draws. We have a shared bathroom and kitchen. We have some furniture but the opportunity to put more things in the lounge. No pets, sorry, the landlord don't want them. Non-smoker, please. Nice small backyard with a washing line. Handy location - very close walk to Miramar shops, bus, schools and Roxy movie theatre. I am looking for an easy-going, mature, friendly and tidy flatmate. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
