John from Mount Victoria

I've had this great bike since just before lockdown 2020.
Advancing age means I need to get a step-through, otherwise I would have kept this one for a lot longer.

Fully equipped with e-bike powered lights, rear rack and full fenders for any weather or light conditions
Adjustable rise stem for a perfectly tuned handlebar height

Brand new saddle has Royal Gel inserts for the ultimate in comfortable riding
Brand new tyres
Fully serviced since new at MyRide Wellington. Records available.

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
