Pocket is new to our house and he snuck out at 4am on Mother's day (Sunday the 3rd) and ran. Unfortunately it's been raining on and off ever since and I don't think he knows his way back home. One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
