Art studio needed

I am an artist working in ceramics I have a masters from monash university in fine art. I have had a lovely studio in Shelly bay and recently been informed that we have to move out. I’m looking for a garage with a window or a seperate from house space pref with a lovely view that I can make art in. I am looking at buying a brand new kiln so I can run private classes in ceramics and cast glass. I tutor art around Wellington.
