Rents rise as tenants clamour for properties
In the current market, it can be difficult to know when things will settle down, and even when they do, it’s only for a short period of time.
Just when we thought things were beginning to cool down, the latest statistics from TradeMe show that the national median advertised rent is up 4.4 per cent on last year.
