Tenants want action on damp Christchurch social housing units
The state of these units is not okay. It is incredibly important for both landlords and tenants to ensure the property is kept warm. But in this situation, where the tenants are putting in the effort by removing condensation and using dehumidifiers, something else needs to be done.
