As we head into the cold months, it’s important to ensure that your home stays warm and dry.
Remember, keeping your rental property dry, warm and liveable, is a team effort. As a landlord, you need to ensure you are meeting standards to provide a liveable healthy warm home, and as tenants, you need to do some day-to-day activities to prevent dampness and the build-up of mould.
