Rental owners will pass letting fee costs on to tenants, property group warns
It is likely that the letting fee removal will increase the rent to properties – however, it may not be as drastic as we think.
Obviously cost increases aren’t wanted by tenants, but the service needs to be paid for. Maybe we need to look into who should be paying the letting fee – tenants or landlords?
