A Korimako, our native Bellbird are often heard but rarely seen. To have one flitting around our place was so wonderful to see, and hear. The blue around the Korimako's bill and face is pollen from our native fuschia. Over the past few days the luck I've had in our garden has been amazing. Karori is one great place to see a range of native, and sometimes rare and beautiful wildlife."

Hi,
On Sunday I held an open home for my property which I hope to rent out in Island Bay. There was a young couple, Amy and Sam (also known as Bob/Bobby) who were keen to apply. I told them to email me through their application form, but have since learned that my email is playing up and messages aren't getting through. If you know Amy and Sam/Bobby, and they are still interested in the property, please can you ask them to contact me. Amy said she has a sister who lives in Lyall Bay...

It doesn't matter whether you have a lot or a little, the CAP money course will help you to use it better. It is totally free and totally confidential. It has worked in helping thousands of people in NZ and also in Australia, England and Canada. We've had about 30 people from the Bay area so far, and the feedback has been incredibly positive, so we think we are on to a winner here!
We will talk about making a budget and then how to keep to it. The next course is at St Hilda's (311 the Parade) at 7.30pm starting on Monday 4th September. There are then 2 more sessions on 11th and 18th.
To enrol just give us a call or email on 022 1392005 or email to ibhildas@gmail.com, or drop a note into the church office, or go to the CAP website (capnz.org), click on the "Find a course near you" button (top right), select the Island Bay course, and follow the instructions.
