Mitsubishi Electric 26L Dehumidifier MJ-E26VX-A1

Lim from Northland

For a sale is an old but perfectly functioning Mitsubishi Electric 26L Dehumidifier. It was the top model offered by Mitsubishi at the time (now discontinued). Made in Japan. Excellent Reliability. This will suit perhaps a student flat or a bach.

Selling as upgraded to newer model. Please note that the water tank has a small piece of plastic broken off (see photo) due to age but the flap can be opened using your finger tip to empty the water. This does not affect the dehumidifier function all. New price is now about $1,000 though the the 26 litre model is no longer being offered in the NZ market. $89 and pick up only please.

Price: $89

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Do you think this ban is reasonable?

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
