No wonder he looks grumpy with all that going on on his face (although that could also be the time of year - December and American accents are known to cause extreme stress to his species). Legs unscrew here too.
The set could be painted if desired. One set of drawers has a ding in the top- we bought it like this. See photos for details.

Upper Hutt Mayor Wayne Guppy was also disappointed with the figure, saying the money spent on external consultants was “outrageous”.
A Wellington Water spokesperson said the organisation had a small communications team of three people covering community engagement, marketing and digital communications, and general communications.
