Hello lovely locals. There are only a few spots left!

Ema Frost will be holding KINTSUGI WORKSHOPs on Saturday, 24th June here in Wellington again and she has limited spots available so make sure to book in early.

Have you ever wanted to try Kintsugi.... It's an ancient Japanese art form where you fix broken pottery with gold - making its imperfections its beauty. A truly wonderful philosophy to live by. If you are interested please go to: tinyurl.com...

I'm sure there's a few of you out there that have been saving a broken piece not knowing quite what to do with it, and if not Ema has plenty of back ups. So just bring yourselves and have some fun.

Bring a friend and make some Kintsugi magic together.

She has been sleeping under the house and crying to be let in. She is microchipped but sadly the chip isn't registered. Does anyone recognise her? I'd love to get her safely home again. I'll check with local vets and spca tomorrow. Until then she is safely in care at the Newlands Cat House.

Exterior window washer wanted

Joce from Johnsonville

Hey, I'm looking for someone who can wash the exterior windows of my house. I have painters in and there is scaffolding (2 storey). Seems a good idea to get the windows done at the same time. Would prefer a Saturday morning so there's no clash on the scaffolding.

"Just a spot of birding at our local park and this happened. I've got to stop dressing in green and thinking be still like a tree. I feel like a Disney princess (albeit years after filming when they have become old and crazy and someone no longer does their hair and makeup). I tried to scrape it off with one finger and it climbed onto that finger - it was like mobile chuddy or a sticking plaster, and I strongly resisted the urge to flick my hand. I managed to coax him onto an actual tree branch. His Mum turned up and growled. Called him an idiot.
