SOUTH ISLAND VENDOR LIQUIDATES HER PRIZED ASSET
Rarely does an opportunity arise that presents such a premium position, with such outstanding potential. This property offers a unique opportunity to secure one of Wellington's prime locations with absolute beach front views. Proudly occupying this Blue-Chip location opposite the Freyberg Pool and beach is a picturesque villa of approximately 140m2. Located on 258m2 of freehold land. This unique home is a Landmark in the area being one of a few remaining Turn-of-the-Century 1890 villas along Oriental Parade. There will be opportunities a plenty for all parties; possibly to build up to a higher level to take advantage of the position and enhance the views, others may simply retain the current use as a two-flat property while they consider the development potential. This opportunity presents itself once only. Trust us, you will be impressed. Contact me from Harcourts City Office to arrange your inspection. We hold copies of Vendors LIM, Builders Reports and an Engineers Report available on request. AUCTION: Friday, 16th November 2018 at 12:00pm, Harcourts Wellington City Office (Not selling prior).
