BYO bed, but we have a built-in wardrobe and a pad for parking your car. Your room will easily fit a chest of draws. We have a shared bathroom and kitchen. We have some furniture but the opportunity to put more things in the lounge. No pets, sorry, the landlord don't want them. Non-smoker, please. Nice small backyard with a washing line. Handy location - very close walk to Miramar shops, bus, schools and Roxy movie theatre. I am looking for an easy-going, mature, friendly and tidy flatmate.
