New Community Yoga Classes Eastern Bays Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am

Hi there,

Every Tuesday Morning at the St Georges Hall, at 41 Ferry Street in Seatoun is an open community class suitable for all levels and ages.
If you haven't tried yoga before this class will be perfect for you!

I am an experienced teacher of 20 years, originally trained in India then in America. I've taught leisure centres, companies, yoga holidays and individuals for 10 years in the UK and now 10 years in Wellington. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
