Pelvic Power Workshop at Community Education Saturday 24th June
Pelvic floor muscles are super important for good posture as well as preventing incontinence.
In this Saturday morning course you will learn a more holistic approach to pelvic floor function, as well as gaining more understanding of your anatomy, and sharing your experiences with other women (no pressure!).

St Ninian's is having another of its popular community garage sales on Sat 12 Oct, from 9am-1pm.
