Dodgy people on Karepa again

Caught this guy on our cameras at 4.30am this morning.
He drove down the road then back past our place and stopped just up the road. He was driving a white double cab Toyota Hilux ute. Looked liked he had bits and pieces on the back. He walked down the road looking into all the neighbouring properties.
