Supermarket shopping
Hi, just want to inform anyone that hasn’t heard that the supermarkets are giving priority to essential workers and vulnerable people. I work at the hospital and was told this was the case but encountered an unpleasant situation with a fellow shopper. My husband has a condition so he’s unable to do the shopping without risk to his health so it’s up to me to manage the shopping at some point in my week. After a long busy shift the last thing essential workers want is to spend another hour or so at the supermarket. I know everyone is having issues but please be kind. I as a health worker don’t feel entitled but at this time work is more stressful so this gesture by the supermarkets does help. We really appreciate your understanding. Thank you www.sunlive.co.nz...
🪱🐦 When are you the most productive? 🌙🦉
The Post has been diving into our daily habits, and research suggests being an early bird or a night owl isn’t just a choice—it’s biology! We all have that specific time when our brains finally "click" into gear.
This raises a big question for the modern workplace. To get the best out of everyone, should employers accommodate our natural body clocks? This idea is at the heart of the four-day work week and flexible scheduling movements.
We want to hear from you:
1. When does your brain "click" into gear?
2. Would a flexible (or shortened) schedule change the way you work?
