We are a young couple looking for a home, are you looking to sell yours?

Tracy from Northland

We are interested in purchasing a 3 bedroom home to raise our future family, about 100m2 (ish), preferably with some garden for a vege patch and a space for a doggy to run around in within 30 minutes drive of Wellington. We are willing to do some work on the place to make it our home.

We are pre-approved for a mortgage and can offer a competitive price.

If you are looking to sell and want to help a nice couple into their first family home without agents fees, open homes every Sunday, and several builders reports then please get in touch with us to have an open and honest negotiation and transaction in a private sale. We will still need to do due diligence with a satisfactory building report and satisfy the banks requirements but are not in a rush to move in. We just want a place to create lifelong memories and take the next step in our lives together and hope there is someone out there who is willing to divulge the desired price for their home, without the tender process.

If this sounds like a preferable selling option please don't hesitate to get in contact with us.

Mei Leng Wong Reporter from NZ Gardener & Get Growing

Kia ora neighbours. We know your tomato plants are still growing, but we're looking ahead to the harvest already! If you've got a family recipe for tomatoes, we'd love to see it and maybe publish it in our magazine to share with our readers. Send your recipe to mailbox@nzgardener.co.nz, and if we use it in the mag, you will receive a free copy of our February 2025 issue.
