Clive from Island Bay

Worried about the Cost of Living? Want to save for something important? Or just wonder where your money goes?

The CAP course is a revolutionary, free money management course that teaches people skills and a simple cash-based system that really works. The course will help anyone to gain more control over their finances so they can save, give and prevent debt. It is for anyone regardless of age or financial status.

It is entirely private - no one else can see your financial data.

St Hilda’s in Island Bay is proud to be able to offer this course, which has benefitted thousands of Kiwi’s, and is also helping people in the UK, Canada, Australia and recently the USA. Our course starts on Monday July 17th at 7.30pm at St Hilda’s, and continues on the 24th and 12th June.
To enrol, go to the CAP website (www.capnz.org), or contact St Hilda’s office officeislandbayanglican@gmail.com. Note: places are limited so don’t leave it until the last moment!

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
