Budget, Save, Spend - The CAP course
Want to save for something important? Or just wonder where your money goes?
The CAP course is a revolutionary, free money management course that teaches people skills and a simple cash-based system that really works. The course will help anyone to gain more control over their finances so they can save, give and prevent debt. It is for anyone regardless of age or financial status. It is entirely private - no one else can see your financial data.
St Hilda’s is proud to be able to offer this course, which has benefitted thousands of Kiwi’s, and is also helping people in the UK, Canada, Australia and recently the USA. Our course starts on Monday May 22nd at 7.30pm at St Hilda’s, and continues on the 29th and 12th June. To enrol, go to the CAP website (www.capnz.org), or contact St Hilda’s office officeislandbayanglican@gmail.com. Note: places are limited so don’t leave it until the last moment!

We want to know: How are you handling the "coffee math" in 2026? Are you still heading to your local for a chat and a caffeine fix, or has the cost of living changed your habits?
Keen to read more about "coffee math"? The Post has you covered.
