Van Volunteers Needed
We urgently need the help of volunteers to support our rubbish and delivery vans.
Our van drivers have been working hard to complete pick-ups of all the generous donations from the community, plus get rid of rubbish to keep our staff, volunteers, and customers safe while in the shops.
We've had some great volunteers move on to paid work (which we love!) so we are now short on help to complete the growing workload.

RATES ASSESSMENT
Hi Neighours
By now, you must have received notice of Rates Valuation from the City Council.
Any real estate agent will tell you that at the moment, most properties in Wellington are selling 25-30% below
council valuation.
Though the letter says, rating valuation is NOT for the purpose of Rates adjustment, we know well that it will follow.
Is it fair to assume that QV which stands to gain a good income from the desk-top valuation, will not disappoint their patron?
Is there a Rate Payers Association in Wellington ?
