Problems with Countdown Delivery Service
Has anyone else had issues with getting their online grocery orders delivered? I've used this service for four years, and none of the previous drivers have had any complaints about taking my order up the public stairwell to my apartment - as of two months ago, the current driver refuses to carry my order up the stairs to my unit.
