I called snapper at 8.3am to be told they dont know what is wrong but someone will call me back today. No call back. Rang them again at 4pm and they have no idea. So angry. They have basically robbed me of $250 and now I have to pay to get to work when I should have five weeks of travel up my sleeve. Someone needs to be made culpable and sort this mess out. 😡
