Small sunny flat needed within next 4 weeks
Mature, house proud, female student and 1 year old who goes to daycare in Porirua, need to move from their current place as owner's mum needs the space. Looking for something in the suburbs from Khandallah through to Tawa as she has two more years to go at Whitirea in Porirua. Has her own transport so distance from bus/train route not an issue. Semi furnished would be ideal but not a deal breaker. Many thanks
