Fly by Wire ride business opportunity

Neil from Thorndon

The unique Fly by Wire ride is looking for an operator/lessee to take over the Fly by Wire ride operation at Paekakariki, near Wellington. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in managing high risk extreme sports activities.

It's an easy financial pathway to securing the Fly by Wire ride lease. Mechanical experience is useful but not essential and trained flight crew will remain in place, as required. Full training will be given to the new lessee.

The successful person will have the right to buy the business outright on very favourable terms as the owner/inventor is retiring. It's a great opportunity as summer comes and NZ opens up to international tourism again.

🪱🐦 When are you the most productive? 🌙🦉

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Post has been diving into our daily habits, and research suggests being an early bird or a night owl isn’t just a choice—it’s biology! We all have that specific time when our brains finally "click" into gear.

This raises a big question for the modern workplace. To get the best out of everyone, should employers accommodate our natural body clocks? This idea is at the heart of the four-day work week and flexible scheduling movements.

We want to hear from you:
1. When does your brain "click" into gear?
2. Would a flexible (or shortened) schedule change the way you work?

The Riddler from The Neighbourly Riddler

How is this possible?

(Susan from Massey kindly provided this head-scratcher ... thanks, Susan!)
