Free Luggage - Check-in x 5 + Carry-on x 1
Free ... Samsonite Cosmolite Extra Lite Hard Cover Luggage x 5 + Jag (Blue Colour) x 1 - needs to go ASAP as taking up garage space. If no one shows any interest either today or tomorrow then I will give them away to Salvation Army.
Apart form airline luggage tags on them and some scratches the bags are in good condition ... no cracks, handles all OK, built-in TSA number locks (000) are all working fine including the full rotating wheels. They are very tough but super light at the same time ... made with Samsonite's patented CURV technology.
In one of the pictures you will see that one of the hinges of the Big Red Samsonite is broken ... but that should matter much as the zip line in these bags are super tough - that's why Samsonite gives 10yr warranty on these bags. These bags are NOT 10yrs old - but I don't have the proof of purchase (misplaced or lost) hence can't give it to you ... also, we just came back from South Africa with that bag (broken hinge) and nothing happened to it.
If you want, you can also take that bag to Lesvos (the bag repair people inside the Wellington Railway station) ... I am sure they can repair it ... those guys are luggage magicians. :-)
Poll: Are you still heading to your local for your caffeine fix, or has the $$ changed your habits? ☕
Wellington’s identity is built on its cafe culture, but with costs climbing, that culture is under pressure. We’ve seen the headlines about recent closures, and it’s a tough pill to swallow along with a $6+ coffee.
We all want our favourite spots to stay open, but we also have to balance our own budgets ⚖️
We want to know: How are you handling the "coffee math" in 2026? Are you still heading to your local for a chat and a caffeine fix, or has the cost of living changed your habits?
Keen to read more about "coffee math"? The Post has you covered.

13.3% Irrelevant - coffee is not for me
Got more greens than you know what to do with? 🥦🌱🥕
Whether it’s a courgette takeover or a feijoa frenzy, don’t let those garden gems go to waste!
Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
