Waka Kotahi said Wellington's Terrace Tunnel is closed to traffic heading southbound, and warned commuters to "expect delays". Northbound lanes near the tunnel are partially blocked and moving slowly.
It's been said that a protester has glued their hands to the road and is needing assistance to be removed.
"Police advise motorists to avoid the area and expect delays."

I would just like to say, if residents see a water leak outside their property, please email Wellington City Council (WCC). You'll find details on WCC website. They will eventually come and repair it.
