David Jones to close in June 2022
Flagship Wellington department store David Jones is to close.
The flagship store, which opened on Lambton Quay in the heart of the city’s Golden Mile in July 2016, told its employees on Wednesday that the business will shut its doors.
A statement from the company on Wednesday said it was looking forward to introducing David Jones online to all customers in the second half of 2022, closely following the Wellington store closure.

How much does it cost to join AEA?
There are no dues or fees for joining AEA or attending AEA meetings. We are self-supporting through our own voluntary contributions. At some point during each meeting we pass the basket to help cover expenses, such as the cost of rent and literature. Members are not obliged to contribute, but we usually do so to the extent we are able.
