Awareness through Movement Classes
Hi neighbours,
In May I'm starting up classes again in Karori, St Andrews on The Terrace, and Mt Vic. Maybe you'd like to explore a "mind-body" system that's different from yoga and pilates. My students report improved posture, less pain, more relaxed....get in touch if you're interested. If my classes don't suit, there are other qualified Feldenkrais teachers in Wellington.

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
