CALL FOR THE AUDITORS!

Heather Baldwin from Karori Community Centre

Karori Community Centre is looking for someone to review our annual accounts. If you would like to contribute your talent to our community and receive a negotiated fee, please get in touch with us.
If you have an assurance practitioner background, are currently practicing or retired, can conduct an analytical review on financial statements and provide an Independent Review Report, you are the person we are looking for!
We are a not-for-profit organisation, with a great team of staff and volunteers. Our annual expenditure is under the threshold for an audit or review compliance, however, we choose to have our accounts reviewed to use in grant applications and the interest of other stakeholders. We use Xero and Smart payroll systems.

If you can help please contactTeresa -treasurer@karoricommunitycentre.org.nz

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
