Ladies Bootcamp!
Hey Karori ladies! Just seeing if there’s any interest in a women’s only boot camp over the summer weeks? Probably on a Saturday morning (but I can look at other times...such as before work...if the demand is there). Training would be all outdoors, mainly body weight / cardio based and open to low / moderate fitness levels with the aim of getting fitter & making new friends around the area! I’m a qualified PT with over 15 years experience. Just let me know if interested and I can let you know costs etc! 🙌🥰
