Office movers needed

The Team from Volunteer Wellington

Are you physically strong? Are you available on Saturday 23rd March for a few hours? One of our members needs a couple of volunteers to help them move offices. The office is based in Thorndon and they're moving to another level in the same building. You will be supporting an organisation who is improving the support and medical care available for those affected by Endometriosis and who is combating period poverty in our community. Poll: Have you ever been bullied?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

People associate bullying with children in schools, but it can actually stretch beyond childhood to workplaces or neighbourhoods.

This Friday is Pink Shirt Day, which began in Canada in 2007 when two students took a stand against homophobic bullying after a new student was harassed for wearing pink. People across the globe are now encouraged to wear pink on this day to take a stand against bullying and promote inclusivity.

Have you or your whānau ever experienced bullying? Share your thoughts on Pink Shirt Day below.

Type 'Not For Print' if you wish your comments to be excluded from the Conversations column of your local paper.

Ally Cat - lost since May 5

Danya from Strathmore Park

Ally Cat is a sweet but very timid little cat. She has been missing from her home in Strathmore Park since May 5. We don't know how far she could have wandered. Her human family and her brother Neko miss her terribly and are very worried. Please get in touch if you see her. She is likely to be hiding during the day. She is black and white, with a white face and black ears and tail. Her belly and her legs are all white apart from a small black patch behind her front left paw.
