Kia ora!
Greetings from City Kids Childcare Centre in Thorndon, Wellington.
Looking for a fun, nurturing, and engaging environment for your little one?
City Kids is a warm, community based, non-profit centre early childhood education centre based in a beautiful villa in the heart of Thorndon.
Our hours are 7.30am to 5.30pm.
We pride ourselves on our fantastic little team and our excellent 1:7 teacher-to-child ratio, ensuring your child receives the attention and care they deserve. We provide a natural flat spacious outdoor area which is often hard to find in the inner city.
We have a couple of spaces available, both for Full Time and Part Time.

We look forward to meeting and welcoming you to City Kids.
Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?

What's your favourite tomato recipe?
Kia ora neighbours. We know your tomato plants are still growing, but we're looking ahead to the harvest already! If you've got a family recipe for tomatoes, we'd love to see it and maybe publish it in our magazine to share with our readers. Send your recipe to mailbox@nzgardener.co.nz, and if we use it in the mag, you will receive a free copy of our February 2025 issue.
