⚠WATER OUTAGE UPDATE – JOHNSONVILLE⚠
Water remains out in Fraser Avenue from the intersection at Corlett Street to the intersection at Haumia Street, including Radnall Way in Johnsonville.
Our crews are responding to the burst water main, and water is expected to be back on by 6pm. In the meantime, we have arranged temporary water supply, available at the corner of Fraser Avenue and Pollen Street, with social distancing protocols in place. Residents are asked to keep other households in mind when collecting water.
If you, or one of your neighbours are unable to leave the house to collect the supplied water, please call our Customer Hub on 04 912 4470 so we can arrange for our crews to safely deliver water to those homes.
We apologise once again for the inconvenience caused.
Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
