Long story short we got the house we are in now and although we ended up using an agent we had our offer in before it was advertised.
When we first looked at the house it was far from market ready.
Now looking for the reverse. We are considering selling but are a month away from listing. There are a few cosmetic things we need to do. If you know anyone looking please let them know.
