Julian from Southgate

Its That time of the year again, winter cleanup.
We collect ALL year round.

Collecting on behalf of Britannia Sea Scouts as a fundraiser for various scouting activities, and boat maintenance.
This is one of our major fundraisers throughout the year, and it helps us with our scouting activities for over 60 cubs and scouts.

Clearing out your yard, shed, under the house. Let me know and we can pick up.
Let you work mates know about it as well.

Looking for all sorts of Metal including;

Aluminium framing
Copper piping, copper hot water tanks,
Car batteries, UPS Batteries
Electrical or Computer cables,
Roofing iron.
Lead etc.

If your neighbour is renovating, send me a contact so we may be able to save them money by recycling it, instead of sending it to the tip.

Text your address and what you have to: 021 2123 444
Will come around and pick up. Have trailer so can pick up larger loads

We have managed to raise over $2000 in recycling last year
Latest trip (19/5/18) to recyclers we got $252 for the metal.

Poll: Are you still heading to your local for your caffeine fix, or has the $$ changed your habits? ☕

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Wellington’s identity is built on its cafe culture, but with costs climbing, that culture is under pressure. We’ve seen the headlines about recent closures, and it’s a tough pill to swallow along with a $6+ coffee.

We all want our favourite spots to stay open, but we also have to balance our own budgets ⚖️

We want to know: How are you handling the "coffee math" in 2026? Are you still heading to your local for a chat and a caffeine fix, or has the cost of living changed your habits?

Keen to read more about "coffee math"? The Post has you covered.
