Telephone Scam Alert
I have just received a telephone call from a person who says he is from "Microsoft Windows" and that I have a virus and he will clean it up for me! I have had these before and they seem to be repeated throughout an area for a while. If you receive one of these types of call, under no circumstances should you follow the persons instructions. Perhaps (like me) you may like to inform the person that "the FBI are outside his office and is about to arrest him"... this seems to result in him immediately hanging up. Alternatively just hang up.
