Pet and House sitter offer in Wellington from mid Dec till early Jan.

Juliette from Hataitai

Kia Ora,
📆 Still on the lookout for a house/pet/plants sitting opportunity from mid December to early January (flexible dates).
🐈I used to housesit one of my friend’s place in Hataitai who also had a cat and plants to care for. I am a responsible gal, tidy, clean, and respectful of rules and places. I obviously love pets and being active so if you have any furry friends it would be my pleasure to take them for their walks/run or swims. 🦮🌱
⭐️ If you're planning a holiday, reach out and I'll ensure your home and furry friends remain in great hands.
Feel free to message me if you or someone you know might need a house or pet sitter. Cheers!
🏡 Preferably looking for house sitting close to town (Hataitai, Kilbirnie, Miramar suburbs since I don’t have a car yet)

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
