Wellington High School is still urgently looking for homestays for German students arriving late January 2023. The students are aged 17. They will leave at the end of term 2 which ends on Friday 30 June.
The homestay fee is $320.00 per week.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
