Community Groups' Expo This Sunday
Looking forward to the community groups expo on Sunday morning at Newlands Community Centre - we have so many awesome voluntary groups in our community!
Come along and find out about various non-profit community groups, sporting, service, youth and faith groups - who they are, what they offer, how you can join them and volunteering opportunities... Bring the family - there'll be fun stuff for the kids, with face-painting and fire-trucks, sausage sizzle and guess-the-lollies competitions and lots more!

This raises a big question for the modern workplace. To get the best out of everyone, should employers accommodate our natural body clocks? This idea is at the heart of the four-day work week and flexible scheduling movements.
