In COVID Alert Level 3 & 4, Beyond Yoga is closed for public classes. Now more than ever, we need to lean into our healthy coping mechanisms to help manage the anxiety and worry that can come from lockdown.

If hold a current 6-Month Unlimited Membership, Credit Pack or Introductory Pass, all classes are included in your membership. Our online drop in class rate is $10 per class. Registration for our online classes is now open.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
