200L water tanks available on Saturday 30 March
Local city councillors will be selling emergency water tanks for $110 each outside Newlands New World from 11.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday 30 March.
We will have limited stock on the day. If you want to reserve a water tank by paying in advance and picking up the tank on that Saturday, please email malcolm.sparrow@wcc.govt.nz for online banking information. Otherwise you’re welcome to turn up and we may have some left!

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
