NZ Post Couriers and 'Reading Difficulties'

Richard from Korokoro

'Tis the season for Courier deliveries to increase dramatically as people order gifts for Christmas.

But as I have posted in the past, I suspect some Couriers will not do a great job.

Yesterday we received a package for us delivered to us. Well done!

Yesterday our neighbours received a package for them delivered to them. Well done!

The suburb on each package was clearly marked.

Yesterday we received a package not for us delivered to us. The suburb on this package was clearly marked. It was very different from the suburb marked on the the other packages. Very poorly done!

While I applaud NZ Post for employing people with reading difficulties, could NZ Post train them to recognise that when the words for the suburbs are different on the packages, one of them MUST be in the wrong place!

The incorrectly delivered package remains at home. I am not paid by NZ Post to deliver their packages.

The worry is how many of our and YOUR packages will be mis-delivered this Christmas?
