WORK WANTED 🙋♂️. Anytime is a good time to have your decks and structures checked for deteriorating timbers and fixings . Rot and rust don't just fix itself. Those areas that don't seem as stable or solid as they did , should be checked , heavy mould builds up and traps moisture damaging timber .Handrails that have movement when leaned against can be a sign of fixings failing.
