We have a 57sqm 2 bedroom small cottage to sell, we are currently living in it but will be moved out of it and it needs to be off the property by 1st October.

Will put up a floor plan when I can locate it, around 6.5m X 8.5m. Piles, stairs ect not included, offers around $30,000, you will have to arrange own moving company, this is an easy 1 truck move with no roof drop.
