Do you have stationery left over from 2022?
Happy New Year! If you are sorting through your kids school gear: we are collecting unused and unwanted stationery from previous years. We will redistribute the stationery to local schools for kids who otherwise won’t have books and pens of their own.
If you have stationery to donate you can drop it off to Churton Park Community Centre during its opening hours .

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
