Recycling Day this Saturday (2th April)
Hi neighbours, the next recycling day will be on Saturday, 2th April, at 10am to noon, as planned. We will still set up our collection buckets on the outside the church. Hope the weather will be nice. It was a fresh experience to have the recycle items on the care which was like a garage sale.
Here is a reminder that we can only take lids which are stamped with number 2 and 5 from now on. These must be separated. we now have separate buckets for each plastic type. We do suggest that your items are sorted at home before coming.
Also, it's amazing that our collections have been used to make lovely things, such as the pot shown below in the picture which are 100% made of recycling plastics. It just feels encouraged to continue our recycling event.
What we are recycling, pls check here: ngaio.org.nz...
Thank you for all the support. We will see you on Saturday.
