Halloween 🎃👻
Hey neighbourhood fam! Halloween is coming up and was wondering if our suburbs would be keen to band together to create a neat trick or treat atmosphere for the young ones? Was thinking of getting participating houses to tie a balloon or something to their letterbox to signal they're up for treatin', and setting up an FB event to spread awareness. It's been a rollercoaster year or two for the young ones and I thought it might be nice to create a bit of magic for them. 🥰 Thoughts?

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
