A new law in Wales says schools are required to have gender-neutral uniforms.
This means that while uniforms can include both skirts and pants, schools can't label these as "girls" or "boys" items.
Should NZ follow suit?

Hello neighbors, my name is Maximus. I recently got a new headset from my parents that I wouldn’t like as I have just got another new one.
The one I would like to sell is brand new and unopened, has a 2 year warranty and retails at 160 so buying it at 130 or near offer would be a bargain.

I bought these Ziera shoes for $240 and have worn them twice. Alas, they are not for me and so time to pass them on. Size 39. Styley snakeskin finish; a good work shoe with glam. Hoping to find something cheap enough that I can keep my stuff in storage and avoid being locked into a lease, can you help please? Hope to hear from you, thanks in advance :-)

I’m looking for an inexpensive warping mill to wind the warps for my weaving loom. Horizontal or vertical considered, ideally folding for storage. Please pm me.

Hi neighbours,
I’m doing the “no new clothes” challenge and so I’m wanting to expand my mending skills. I’m looking for an old-fashioned Speedweve darning tool (it’s a tiny weaving loom attached to a darning knob). I’m happy to pay a reasonable amount for one. Please pm me. Thanks!

When I entered the building, I saw a big sign that said "Flat Rate $6", but when I exited the building six hours later, I was charged $24!
I have been in email contact with CarePark Disputes since that time and they are very firm:
"The $6 flat rate is weekend parking only.
The weekend rate does not apply on public holidays
You would have been charged at the rate of $4 per hour"
To me this is a blatant breach of the The Fair Trading 1986 Act "makes it illegal for businesses to mislead or deceive you, and requires them to make sure the information they provide is accurate, and that they don't withhold important information".
I am sure that I'm not the only person who was deceived re the parking charge on that day! I have filed a complaint with the Commerce Commission. It's not a matter of a measly $18 - it's a matter of misleading advertising and being ripped off!
